Synopsis
Anwar goes on a journey of smuggling the world’s famous KFC chicken into the besieged Gaza after getting fired from his family’s fried chicken restaurant. When Israel bombs one of the tunnels, his perception of success takes another direction.
Omar Rammal is a Palestinian director and cinematographer with a strong international background, evident in his distinct visual style. Having studied filmmaking at SAE - Amman, his work always finds new ways to explore visual storytelling, with a human story always at its core. His portfolio of works includes short films such as Fatimah, Hajez, The Place, and Home Sweet Home. He has done films led by feelings and determination, as well as commercials for several companies, institutions and more than 20 music videos by several artists.
