Synopsis
Henna ceremony turns into a feminist revolution after a group of Palestinian Fallahi women find out they were segregated from the party using a man-made barrier.
Aida Kaadan is a filmmaker and screenwriter with 9 years of experience in film production and cinema studies. Kaadan attended Film Studies and Directing at the Steve Tisch School of Film and Television school at Tel Aviv University. Kaadan released her directorial debut, Strawberry, at the age of 22, which won multiple prizes and awards at festivals all over the world, including the Arab Cinema Festival at the Institut du monde arabe, Nazra Film Festival in Italy, Festival du Film Palestinien in Strasbourg, and Regard sur La Palestine in France. Currently, Kaadan is working on completing her second short film, which is part of concluding a screenwriting and cinematography research from Le GREC Film Essays and Research Group in November 2021, Corsica Island, France.
