a 22-year-old filmmaker passionate about storytelling. Graduating in 2022/2023 after studying design at Birzeit University, she has always been drawn to films and videos. Her background includes crafting videos, even trying my hand at stop-motion animation videos . Now, as a recent graduate, she has taken the leap into film directing.
Her graduation project marked her directorial debut, and she chose to delve into the world of rotoscoping, a captivating animation technique. The focus of her film was the escape of six prisoners from Gilboa prison. Through this project, she aimed to dissect the event, exploring its intricacies, causes, and the far-reaching consequences it had, both within the security framework of Zionism and the realm of Palestinian literature.
