Joseph Fahim is an Egyptian film critic, a programmer and a lecturer. He is the Arab delegate of Karlovy Vary Film Festival, the curator of the 2018 Safar Film Fest in London, and consultant for various film festivals around the globe. He has curated various film programs in the past ten years, and is also a creative consultant. He co-authored several books on Arab cinema such as Cinema of Passion: The 100 Greatest Arab Movies. He has contributed to numerous Middle Eastern publications and platforms, along with international film publications such as Verite and CineVue.
