Biography
Born in Riga on September 25th 1969. After finishing grammar school in 1989, Nils worked as a cameraman for Dauka Animation Studio. In 1993 he switched studios to Animacijas Brigade, where he directed his first puppet films. He has been working for Juris Podnieks Studio since 1999.

Snobar is a versatile artist who focuses on filmmaking. She has written and directed several shorts and pilots and her passion is to combine the artistic vision with the heartfelt story. She has also worked on a number of international feature films, such as Asterix and the Vikings, Way to the Stars and Crazy Nights.

Peter Hausner's Biography
Peter has worked in the animation industry directing, art directing, producing, animating, and storyboarding since 1984. From his early days as animator at Disney to the present, Peter's CV includes TV-series, short films, commercials and feature film development. He currently lives in Copenhagen and works as an episode director on the hugely successful animated TV-series Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu for which he was nominated for The Annie Award for Best Direction of a TV production in 2012.

Martin Högdahl was born in Sweden in 1975. He studied at Dramatiska institutet in Stockholm and at the School of Photography and Film Directing (HFF) at the University of Gothenburg. Martin has directed over 40 short films and two episodes of a drama series for The Swedish Television.

Polina Minchenok was born in 1988. In 2012 she graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television, where she was in the class of Konstantin Bronzit and Dmitry Visotsky.

Örs Bárczy was born in Bonyhád, Hungary, and received his BA in animation from Budapest's Met University of Applied Sciences. His graduation movie, Hey Deer!, is enjoying international success all over the world. He just finished his MA at Bournemouth University National Centre for Computer Animation in England and is now working for Digic Pictures in Budapest.

Maher Abi Samra was born in Beirut in 1965. He studied Drama Arts at the Lebanese University in Beirut and Audio-Visual Studies at the Institut National de l’Image et du Son in Paris and has worked as a photo-journalist for Lebanese dailies and international agencies.
