Tatiana Huezo

Biography
Born in 1972 in San Salvador, El Salvador. She studied at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) in Mexico City and has a Master’s degree in creative documentary from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. Along with her work as a filmmaker, she also teaches documentary filmmaking at the CCC.

Yallah! Yallah!

Synopsis
The film focuses on the story of seven characters, which are connected to the world of football in one way or another. Through their daily lives, we get to know their bond with the sport, their activities and the problems they have to face due to the occupation by Israel. Even though they are constantly affected by Israel's subjugation of Palestine, they manage to survive and endure all sorts of issues in order to enjoy one of their biggest passions: football.

Alexandra Dols

Biography
Author and director specializing in documentary films, Alexandra Dols has graduated both in directing (University Paris VIII Vincennes) and script writing (University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne). Her first feature documentary, Moudjahidate (2008), pictures female activism for the Algerian independence within the National Liberation Front/Army. Issues of emancipation, liberation and their narratives are a core component of her work.

Mickey Yamine

Biography
Mickey Yamine studied film production at the HFF Film University in Babelsberg. In 2010, he completed his graduation film Tropic of Bear, which won an honourable mention at Festival del Film in Locarno and was aired on German TV. Ever since, he has been producing numerous films and TV commercials in Cairo and Berlin. He founded the Berlin-based production company Little Bridge Pictures in 2013, together with fellows Andreas Schaap and Be

Philip Gnadt

Biography
Philip Gnadt gained first experiences as a camera assistant for five years in TV and cinema productions, before studying at the Media University in Stuttgart. In 2003 he received the sponsorship prize of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Film Industry for his documentary Paula. In 2010, his graduation film Zwölf Seiten earned him the award at the Independent Days Karlsruhe.

Cristian Pirovano

Biography
Cristian Pirovano was born in 1978 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied Sociology at the University of Buenos Aires, and started his photography studies in the new millennium. He is currently the photography editor for the magazine Músicas del Mundo. Furthermore, he has made several journalistic and photographic collaborations with diverse media.
